Hundreds of Students of MAN 22 West Jakarta Visit FISIP UNDIP Campus to Learn the Best Education in Indonesia

Semarang (7/2). The ambience was cool through hundreds of green shady trees (Read: Suar wood) in the Tembalang sky that was covered by the warmth of the sun at 9 am. Driven by high curiosity about the best education in this country, Hundreds of West Jakarta MAN students arrived at the Orange Campus of Universitas Diponegoro’s Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Tembalang Campus.

It is common knowledge that FISIP UNDIP is one of the best centres of Social and Political Science education in Indonesia. That is the reason why a group from MAN 22 West Jakarta visited the Orange Campus. This activity is expected to increase the enthusiasm of students in achieving their goals to continue their education in college. In addition, students will get to know the atmosphere of academic life at the FISIP UNDIP Campus.

The visit was warmly welcomed by the faculty. The dean’s speech, represented by Dinalestari Purbawati, SE, M.Si, A.Kt. (Expert Assistant to Vice Dean II) expressed his gratitude and welcome to the group of MAN 22 West Jakarta for choosing to visit one of the best campuses in Indonesia. In his remarks, it was also conveyed that currently, FISIP UNDIP occupied the 441-500 position by QS World University Rank 2022 by Subject.

Located in the third-floor auditorium of FISIP UNDIP Tembalang, this activity was held in the form of a warm and very interactive discussion moderated by Agus Naryoso, S.Sos., M.Si. The speakers were representatives from each undergraduate study program at FISIP UNDIP. They were Dra. Maesaroh, M.Si., Dr. Dra. Rina Martini, M.Si. from the Government Studies Program, S. Rouli Manalu, PhD from the Communication Science, Gilda Maulina, S.AB., M.A.B. from the Business Administration Study Program, and Palupi Anggraheni, S.IP., M.A. from the International Relations Study Program.

The information explained was related to the study program, prospects for graduates, tips for preparing to register for college, and the process of registering for college to register for college. At the end of the event, this activity was closed with the handover of souvenirs and a group photo accompanied by Tulus’ song called “Hati-hati di Jalan
