It is informed that LPPM Undip will hold The 1st International Conference on Applied Science And Technology For Community Service (ICASTCS) which is the first international seminar on applied science and technology for community service with the theme “Establishing a connection between science, technology, and society to encourage a better future in the post-pandemic era“. We open up the opportunity for all researchers and service implementers in the Undip environment to be able to participate in the activity. The topics that can be selected are as follows:

  1. Poverty alleviation
  2. Food security and sovereignty
  3. Sanitation, health and well-being
  4. Quality education and gender equality
  5. Technological innovation / Appropriate technology for small industries
  6. Go green materials and energy
  7. Environmental preservation
  8. Citizens, communities, and sustainable empowerment.
  9. Aquaculture production and management
  10. Social justice
  • Abstract submission deadline: October 11, 2021
  • Full paper submission deadline: October 25, 2021
  • International Conference: Tuesday, November 9, 2021, using Zoom Meeting

Notes:

  1. The paper presented, after going through the review stage, will be published in the Scopus indexed proceedings
  2. Several articles with certain eligibility quality standards have the opportunity to be published in the ASEAN Journal of Community Engagement (AJCE). AJCE is an international journal on community service indexed by Scopus which is published twice a year;
  3. There will be brief directions for tips and tricks on how to prepare papers that are following Scopus standards;
  4. Seminar kit (only available for participants who are domiciled in Indonesia).
