Asti Rifiana is a graduate of the Master of Communication Science program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Universitas Diponegoro who graduated Cumlaude with a GPA of 4.00. She graduated at the 169th Universitas Diponegoro Graduation ceremony.

“During my study at Undip, I gained a lot of experiences and lessons, other than Undip is one of the best and favourite universities in Indonesia, the lecturers are very friendly and cooperative. I made new friends who were fun and supported each other,” she said.

“While studying, I also worked as an employee at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for the general and HR fields at the Kudus branch for approximately 20 years and was active in the BPC Perhumas Semarang organization. From the beginning to the end of online lectures during the pandemic, my classmates and I utilized the time as much as possible through online lectures in order to complete our studies on time,” she explained.

“My career journey before working at BPJS, I worked at Solo Pos as a reporter, there were many ups and downs in every process I went through. But the most important thing is to enjoy with a sense of pleasure in every profession that we carry out so our work will be easier. Especially with my basic study in Communication Science, this is the most important part because it supports my day-to-day work,” she continued.

According to her, education and organization are very important and inseparable. Education enables us to understand how to deal with problems or issues in the world of work and society. While joining an organization will forge and train us to develop our potential, and hone our leadership and teamwork.

“By joining an organization, we can understand how to deal with various types of people’s characters and find solutions to problems. Those are useful skills in the world of work,” she concluded. ( Lin/Arbi Public Relations)
