New Student Admission

Postgraduate Program

The selection/Independent Test (UM) of the Postgraduate and Profession programs Undip are held in an integrated manner on the UM registration system managed by the Educational Quality Assurance and Development Institute (LP2MP) Universitas Diponegoro.

Registration Procedures :

  1. Participants create an account using their email CLICK HERE
  2. Participants choose the UM S2 / S3 / UM PROFESI option
  3. Participants should pay the registration fee at the designated bank (Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank BTN, Bank Mandiri) CLICK HERE
  4. Participants are required to upload the document in pdf format
  5. Participants should print out the exam card
  6. Participants will take the exam online

Exam Materials

  1. Scholastic Potential Test (TPS): Verbal, Numerical, and Logic,
  2. English Test: Reading and Structure
  3. Scientific Substance Test (in the form of an online interview / written test by the study program)

Online Registration : November 28, 2022 – January 9, 2023
Written Selection Test (online) : January 15, 2023 ( Academic Potential Test at 07:30-10:00 GMT+7 and English Test at 10:30-12:00 GMT+7)
Study Program Interview Selection Test : January 15 – 17, 2023 (Schedule will be announced later)
Academic Selection Announcement : January 24, 2023

Registration Fee

  • Master and  Profession Programs Registration Rp. 750.000, (Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rupiah)
  • Doctoral Program Registration Rp. 1.000.000, (One Million Rupiah)

Master Program’s Requirement :

  • Graduates of bachelor degree (S1)
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 from accredited higher education institutions (except for Masters of Notary and Linguistics which requires a GPA of 3.0)
  • Degree Certificate and transcripts
  • Academic recommendation from 2 people (the Undergraduate, a four-year Diploma / direct supervisor with min. Master qualifications) (format provided)
  • Statement of ability to complete the study (format provided)
  • Certificate of payment guarantee for the tuition fees (stamped 6000) (format provided)
  • Permit letter from the agencies (for those who are already working) (format provided)
  • Projections / general description of the thesis research that will be taken

  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree certificates and academic transcripts
  • Graduates of university with B accreditation (overseas graduates with degree certificates equalized by the Directorate General of Higher Education)
  • Permission letter from work institution/agencies to continue doctoral studies, for those who are already working (format has been provided)
  • Statement of ability to complete the study (format has been provided)
  • Certificate of guarantee for tuition fees payment (stamped 10000) (format has been provided)

1 Doctor of Public Administration
  • Curriculum vitae and work experiences
  • Permission letter from work institution/agencies to continue doctoral studies, for those who are already working
  • Master’s degree graduates from various accredited study programs (min B) with GPA min. 3.0
  • Academic recommendation from professor/Doctor (minimum 2 people)
  • Pre-research proposal (in 4 copies)

Doctor of Social Science
  • Master’s degree graduates from an accredited institution, with a minimum GPA of 3 (scale 1-4) proven by legalized academic transcripts
  • Certificate of guarantee for tuition fees payment (Personal/Agency/Sponsor) on stamped paper
  • Submit a research proposal for a dissertation of at least 3 pages, which includes background, subject matter to be analyzed, and research methods
  • Recommendations from senior lecturers where he/she has studied or other parties who can provide references for the prospective students
