Semarang, Agustus 2025 – Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) Universitas Diponegoro menghadirkan Prof. Valeria Paganizza dari Università di Parma, Italia sebagai Adjunct Professor, dalam rangka mendukung program World Class University (WCU). Program ini berlangsung sejak selama satu tahun. Pada bulan Agustus 2025, Prof. Valeria berkunjung ke Semarang dan berkantor di FISIP selama satu bulan penuh. Selama berada di Semarang, Prof. Paganizza bekerja sama dengan Kelompok Bidang Keahlian (KBK) Hukum Internasional, Kejahatan Transnasional dan Internasional, Politik dan Diplomasi Global yang diketuai oleh Dr. Ika Riswanti Putranti. Rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan mencakup kuliah umum, teaching series, workshop, diskusi publikasi internasional, hingga coaching clinic bagi mahasiswa dan dosen. Beberapa agenda penting yang telah diselenggarakan antara lain Guest Lecture Series mengenai global citizenship dan riset hubungan internasional, serta diskusi tematik terkait hukum pangan internasional, fraud of origin, dan keamanan manusia. Program ini ke depan juga ditargetkan menghasilkan publikasi kolaboratif pada jurnal internasional bereputasi (Q1–Q3). Menurut Dr. Ika, kehadiran Prof. Valeria menjadi wujud komitmen FISIP UNDIP dalam memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran dengan perspektif global, meningkatkan jejaring akademik internasional, serta memperluas kontribusi Indonesia dalam diskursus global mengenai keamanan pangan, tata kelola AI, dan keadilan digital. Melalui program Adjunct Professor ini, Universitas Diponegoro semakin menegaskan posisinya sebagai universitas riset berkelas dunia yang berorientasi pada kolaborasi internasional serta berkontribusi nyata pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan kebijakan publik di era transformasi digital.
