About Government Science HMPS
The Gelora Resonansi Cabinet 2025 of the Government Science Student Association (HMPS IP) Universitas Diponegoro is a student organization at the departmental level based on Law No. 12 of 2012 and Undip PPO. HMPS IP serves as a forum to unite, develop, and advocate for Government Science students in the fields of academics, talents and interests, leadership, and community service. The Gelora Resonansi Cabinet 2025 comes with the spirit of building an inclusive, critical, and progressive organization through 10 main divisions: Daily Management, PSDM, RISKEL, SOSPOL, DIMAS, BIRO KM, SENIORA, Internal Control, and EKOTIF.
Vision
To realize the Spirit of the Government Science Student Association (HMPS) 2025 as a Resonance that strengthens the synergy of Government Science, FISIP, and UNDIP.
Mission
- Making the Tri Dharma of Higher Education the foundation for creating activities that are educational, beneficial, and relevant to the needs of society and the development of government science.
- Creating an inclusive and supportive environment that allows every member to express ideas, share experiences, and collaborate without fear of discrimination or differences.
- Fostering a culture of professionalism in organizational management and the implementation of every work program.
- Giving appreciation to every contribution and effort of members who have dedicated themselves to the organization.
- Strengthening solid relationships and cooperation between the Government Science Student Association (HMPS) and all government science students, the government science community, the faculty, the university, as well as external institutions.
Objectives
- Facilitating student self-development → in terms of talents, interests, and both academic and non-academic potential.
- Developing students’ leadership skills, critical thinking, creativity, and social awareness.
- Serving as a channel for student aspirations within the study program/department.
- Enhancing student welfare while fostering a sense of nationalism and social responsibility.
- Promoting a scientific and research culture → creating a collaborative, inclusive, and systematic learning environment.
- Organizing and advocating for student needs to ensure their voices are well conveyed within the campus environment.
