Program Studi S2 Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro kembali menghadirkan pembelajaran internasional melalui program Undip Global Classroom (UGC) 2026. Pada kesempatan ini, mahasiswa mengikuti perkuliahan bersama Ruslan Galiakhmetov, PhD dari Kazan Federal University, Russia. Perkuliahan ini merupakan bagian dari mata kuliah Teori dan Perilaku Organisasi yang dimoderatori oleh Robetmi Jumpakita Pinem, S.AB., MBA., Ph.D. Dalam kesempatan ini, pembelajaran akan dilaksanakan secara daring pada platform Zoom dan akan dilaksanakan pada 11 Mei 2026. Dalam sesi tersebut, Ruslan Galiakhmetov, PhD akan membawakan topik “Communication, Work Team and Group”. Materi ini berfokus pada perilaku individu, komunikasi organisasi, serta dinamika kerja tim dalam lingkungan bisnis global. Diharapkan mahasiswa dan mahasiswi akan memperoleh pengalaman dalam menganalisis, memahami dan merancang strategi komunikasi yang efektif dalam konteks organisasional. Dengan adanya pemahaman materi ini, mahasiswa dapat menerapkan prinsip prinsip tersebut demi meningkatkan produktivitas, kolaborasi dan kreativitas, dan lebih lanjut dapat membawa dampak positif pada keberhasilan jangka panjang organisasi. Kegiatan Undip Global Classroom diharapkan dapat memperkaya pengalaman akademik mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis internasional sekaligus memperluas jejaring akademik antara UNDIP dan universitas mitra di luar negeri.
