Carrying the theme “Resilient in a Changing Society,” the event served as a platform for students to cultivate organizational capabilities and foster adaptive attitudes in navigating the various dynamics of organizational life.
PPO 2026 was conducted offline as a seminar involving the active participation of attendees. The program then proceeded with games, sharing sessions among HIMPS members, the announcement of assignments and group divisions, and concluded with a closing ceremony. The event ended with a group photo session as documentation and as the closing of the entire PPO 2026 series.
The implementation of PPO 2026 yielded several outcomes for both participants and the organizing committee. Participants gained enhanced understanding of effective communication, miscommunication, and strategies for building sound communication in addressing organizational dynamics. Furthermore, participants demonstrated active engagement and enthusiasm throughout the event and responded positively to the material, the speaker, and the overall execution of the activities.
Through this event, students are expected to develop communication skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities within organizations. PPO 2026 also encourages students to recognize and cultivate a leadership style suited to their individual strengths, build positive relationships among members, and enhance their sense of responsibility toward their tasks and roles within the organization.
On the other hand, the implementation of PPO 2026 also strengthened coordination and collaboration among committee members in carrying out each segment of the program. Despite challenges regarding the speaker’s arrival, the committee was able to coordinate and make adjustments, ensuring the event proceeded smoothly in accordance with the planned agenda.
Accordingly, PPO 2026 served as a platform for FISIP Undip students to develop their organizational capabilites, foster a collaborative spirit, and enhance their adaptability to various changes and challenges.
