The Student Association of the Public Administration Study Program, Rembang Campus, Universitas Diponegoro, organized the Association Visit x Company Visit 2026 activity on Thursday–Friday, May 22–23, 2026, at the Malang Creative Center and Brawijaya University. This activity was attended by Public Administration students from the Rembang Campus as a means of developing insights into the professional world while expanding inter-organizational student relations. Framed as a field study and association visit, the activity aimed to provide participants with direct experience regarding professional work environments, organizational culture, and student association management systems at other universities.
The series of events began with a Company Visit to the Malang Creative Center, conducted interactively through presentations, an introduction to the company profile, and discussion sessions with company representatives. During this activity, participants gained an overview of work systems, professional culture, and the skills required to face the modern working world. Participants were also invited to observe the work environment and activities directly, providing a more applicable and relevant learning experience.
After the Company Visit series was completed, participants continued their journey to a villa to rest while strengthening camaraderie among participants and the organizing committee. The sense of togetherness fostered during the villa activities served as a way to reinforce solidarity and familial bonds within the Public Administration student community at Rembang Campus.
On the following day, the activity continued with an association visit to the Political Science Student Association at Brawijaya University as a form of organizational benchmarking and a means to expand inter-student relations. During this activity, the two associations shared insights regarding work programs, management systems, organizational culture, and challenges in running student organizations. The discussions and sharing sessions were active and communicative, successfully building good relations while opening opportunities for future collaboration.
The Chief Executive of the Association Visit x Company Visit 2026 stated that this activity was not only a means for visits and benchmarking but also a platform for developing students’ insights, networks, and experience. “Through this activity, we hope participants not only gain new experiences regarding the professional world and organizations but also improve their communication and collaboration skills and expand networks that will benefit their future self-development,” he said in his opening remarks.
Overall, the Association Visit x Company Visit 2026 activity ran smoothly and received positive enthusiasm from participants. Through this activity, the Student Association of the Public Administration Study Program, Rembang Campus, Universitas Diponegoro, once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of students’ insights, experience, and quality, aiming to produce a generation that is adaptive, active, and ready to face future challenges in the professional and organizational world.
