The Student Senate of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, successfully conducted its Internal Accountability Report I (LPJ Internal I) on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Diponegoro Muda Hall, PKM FISIP Undip. The event was attended by 89 participants, consisting of senators and expert staff of the Student Senate, as a tangible manifestation of organizational transparency and accountability during the first and second quarters of the 2026 administration.
The Internal Accountability Report I was convened as an internal accountability forum to present progress reports on the work programs implemented by each body, commission, and leadership of the Student Senate. Furthermore, the event served as a collective evaluation mechanism to review the organization’s performance, strengthen internal coordination among members, and enhance all members’ understanding of the duties and functions of each body and commission within the Student Senate of FISIP Undip.
The series of activities commenced with an opening by the master of ceremonies, followed by the singing of the national anthem “Indonesia Raya” and the Universitas Diponegoro March, symbolizing the instillation of national values and institutional identity. The event proceeded with welcoming remarks from the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee and the Chairperson of the Student Senate of FISIP Undip, who underscored the importance of conducting an accountability forum as part of a transparent, professional, and responsible organizational culture.
Transitioning to the main agenda, each body, commission, and leader of the Student Senate delivered accountability reports concerning the implementation of work programs during the first and second quarters. The presentations encompassed detailed explanations of executed work programs, activity achievements, performance evaluations, and an overview of the organization’s trajectory throughout the administrative period. Each presentation session was accompanied by a question-and-answer session, reflecting a commitment to information disclosure and the reinforcement of an evaluative organizational culture.
The Internal Accountability Report I proceeded in an orderly and conducive manner, adhering to the planned agenda. All participants actively engaged in the activities until the conclusion of the event. Through this forum, members of the Student Senate gained a more comprehensive understanding of the organization’s current condition, work program implementation, and accomplishments attained during the first and second quarters.
With the successful execution of the Internal Accountability Report I, it is anticipated that a culture of transparency, accountability, and internal evaluation within the Student Senate of FISIP Undip will continue to be preserved and optimally developed. This event also represents a concrete step toward strengthening the organization’s commitment to enhancing the quality of work program implementation, internal coordination, and administrative professionalism in the subsequent term.
