STRENGTHENING TEAM SYNERGY THROUGH THE FIRST GATHERING OF RESEARCH SCHOOL, COMMUNICATION SCIENCE, UNIVERSITAS DIPONEGORO

The 2026 First Gathering of the Research School for Communication Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), was successfully held on Thursday (May 7) at the Aula Diponegoro Muda, PKM Building D, 1st Floor, FISIP Undip. The event was organized to provide a comprehensive understanding of Research School 2026 to the organizing committee, which consists of the entire staff of the Communication Science Student Association (HMPS Ilkom). This activity serves as the initial phase in the planning of the annual work program for the Research Division, Department of Research and Achievement, HMPS Ilkom FISIP Undip.

The event began at 6:40 PM WIB with an opening by the Master of Ceremonies, followed by a presentation on the work programs and the division of duties and responsibilities for each division. In the middle of the event, the Research Department of HMPS Ilkom also organized mini games in which participants were required to take part in a quiz-style competition to guess animated films prepared by the committee. The mini games were carried out with great enthusiasm, as participants eagerly competed to answer questions and earn points that would lead their division to victory.

“Welcome to the big family of Research School, Dialektik! Hopefully, this first gathering can become a space for all of us to truly bond with one another,” said the Project Officer of Research School 2026, Shafa Sylvia Rahma. Through these remarks, Shafa expressed great hope that the first gathering would serve as a positive gateway throughout the implementation of the Research School 2026 work program. At the end of the event, the daily executive board of the Research Department also delivered a message encouraging the committee members to get to know each other and collaborate from the beginning until the day of the program. “I would like to thank everyone who attended today. I hope that moving forward, we can work together to make Research School 2026 a success,” concluded the Head of the Research Division, Renata Raeneisha Pualani.
