The Public Relations Division of BEM FISIP, in collaboration with the External Partnership Department of BEM FKM, Universitas Diponegoro, successfully organized the FISIPTASI x Roadshow 2026. Carrying the theme “Beyond Faculties: Bridging Ideas, Strengthening Synergy,” the event took place on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Aula Diponegoro Muda, PKM FISIP Undip. The event was chaired by Caroline Kartika Felia Wibowo from the International Relations Study Program, class of 2025.
This activity serves as a benchmarking study as well as a gathering event for faculty-level student executive boards (BEM) within Universitas Diponegoro. As evolving student organizations, benchmarking is not only conducted with other universities but is also essential between faculties within the same university to strengthen relationships as one big Undip family.
The event was lively and full of enthusiasm, attended by more than 200 participants from the boards of BEM FISIP and BEM FKM. The series of activities began with welcoming remarks, followed by presentations from each organization regarding their organizational grand design, cabinet vision and mission, and an introduction to the various departments within their respective administrations.

The program then proceeded with the presentation of plaques and certificates as a symbol of mutual appreciation. The atmosphere became even more interactive during the games session, where participants were divided into groups consisting of representatives from BEM FISIP and BEM FKM with similar primary tasks and functions.
Despite their similarities, each organization maintains its own unique characteristics and identity. This provides a space for learning and potential innovation that can be developed in the future. The event then concluded with a prize distribution, a group documentation session in front of PKM FISIP Undip, and collaborative content creation.
Before ending the activity, each department also conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and a faculty tour to deepen their discussions and exchange more specific experiences. Through this activity, it is hoped that a closer relationship will be established and a sustainable synergy created between BEM FISIP and BEM FKM Universitas Diponegoro.
