On Monday, April 21, 2026, the Student Senate of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), convened the Secretariat and Budget Socialization Activity Vol.2 2026. The event took place in the FISIP Undip Auditorium from 6 PM to 9 PM Western Indonesia Time. This forum was designed to disseminate updates on administrative regulations concerning secretariat procedures and budget management within student organizations at FISIP Undip. Attendance was mandatory for two representatives from each student organization, while the event was also open to all FISIP Undip students.
The activity commenced with participant registration, followed by the formal opening of the forum. Moving on to the main part of the event, the Secretary General, the Chair of the General Affairs Committee (Badan Urusan Rumah Tangga / BURT), and the Chair of the Budget Committee of the FISIP Undip Student Senate delivered presentations on changes to administrative regulations in two sessions: the secretariat session and the budget session. They outlined key changes to administrative provisions across two segments: the secretariat session and the budget session. At the end of each segment, participants were given the opportunity to pose questions, offer suggestions, and provide feedback concerning the ongoing administrative operations of student organizations.
Notable enthusiasm was observed among participants, reflected in the high level of engagement throughout the forum. A total of 77 attendees participated in the event, exceeding the initial attendance target set by the organizing committee. This overachievement underscores the significant attention that student organizations pay to the renewal of administrative systems and budget management within the FISIP Undip environment.
Through this initiative, the Student Senate of FISIP Undip aims to ensure that information regarding changes to administrative regulations is comprehensively conveyed to all student organizations. Moreover, the forum served as a platform for channeling aspirations and strengthening communication between the Student Senate and the treasurers and secretaries of student organizations—ultimately striving to foster more orderly, integrated, and improved administrative services across the FISIP Undip community.
