Cakra Nirmala Volume 1: Building Character and Competence for 2026 HMPS HI Undip Functionaries

The International Relations Department Student Association (HMPS HI) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Diponegoro University, has successfully organized Cakra Nirmala Volume 1, an internal organizational quality development program. The event was conducted in a series of three sessions on March 28, March 29, and April 4, 2026, involving 104 participants consisting of staff (functionaries) and committee members. Under the theme “Axios eis Arete,” which translates to “from value toward excellence,” the program aimed to cultivate human resources who are not only competent but also possess integrity and strong moral values. The series featured various modules, including internalization of organizational values and ethics, self-management, creative and analytical thinking, leadership, and project planning. These topics were delivered through interactive discussions, case studies, and Q&A sessions.

As a concluding highlight, the Public Review (Uji Publik) session provided a platform for participants to present the work program plans they had developed in groups. These presentations received direct evaluations from a panel of reviewers. This process was designed to ensure that 2026 HMPS HI functionaries are capable of understanding organizational dynamics, enhancing their adaptability, and maintaining professional readiness in executing their responsibilities. Beyond technical skills, Cakra Nirmala Volume 1 successfully fostered a sense of camaraderie, solidarity, and mutual care among the functionaries. This collective bond is expected to create a strong synergy that will support the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of the organization.
