The Student Association of the Business Administration Study Program, FISIP Undip, has successfully held the 2026 Basic Organizational Training (LDO) as an initial orientation activity for all staff members of the HMPS Business Administration. This activity carried the theme “Rise with Character, Lead with Responsibility,” aiming to instill values of leadership, responsibility, and to enhance collaboration skills among organizational members.
LDO 2026 was held over two days, Saturday–Sunday, March 7–8, 2026, at the FISIP Undip Theater Room. The activity was attended by approximately 120 participants, consisting of all HMPS Business Administration staff, the Executive Board, and the Inspectorate committee. All participants enthusiastically took part in the series of activities as an initial step in understanding the organizational work system.
On the first day, participants received several basic organizational materials, including Statistics, activity proposal writing, and a Sponsor Deck. In addition, participants practiced writing proposals as a form of implementation of the material provided. Through this session, participants were expected to understand the concept of systematic and structured activity planning.

Entering the second day, the activity continued with sessions on Creative Communication & Information and the preparation of Accountability Reports (LPJ). Participants also took part in an LPJ simulation to strengthen their understanding of organizational activity administration. At the end of the session, a Best Participation award was given to staff members who demonstrated active involvement during the event.
Through the implementation of LDO 2026, participants are expected to improve their understanding of the organizational work system and their respective roles, build solid collaboration, and enhance their ability to independently prepare activity proposals and reports. Additionally, this activity serves as a means to foster a sense of responsibility and discipline in carrying out organizational duties.
With the successful holding of LDO 2026, it is hoped that all HMPS Business Administration staff can contribute actively, possess strong leadership character, and be ready to carry out their duties and responsibilities in the upcoming term.
