Proud news comes from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Diponegoro University. One of FISIP Undip’s Educational Staff members, Danang Bambang Irawan, successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with honors (cum laude). Danang completed his master’s studies through the FISIP Undip Master of Business Administration Study Program, with a thesis titled “The Influence of Perceived Quality on Brand Loyalty through Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction as Mediating Variables (A Study of Toyota Avanza Users in Semarang City)”. The thesis defense was held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the Meeting Room of the Business Administration Department at FISIP Undip. Subsequently, he officially participated in the graduation ceremony on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, marking the completion of his master’s studies

This achievement was made possible through the Diponegoro University Study Assignment Scholarship, which reflects Undip’s commitment to improving the quality and capacity of human resources, particularly its educational staff. This program encourages staff to continuously develop academically and professionally while strengthening their contribution to the institution.

Danang conveyed that this accomplishment would not have been possible without the support of the university and faculty leadership, as well as the guidance and direction from the lecturers throughout the study process. In preparing his thesis, Danang was supervised by Prof. Dr. Drs. Ngatno, M.M., and examined by Prof. Ari Pradhanawati, M.S., Dr. Hari Susanta Nugraha, S.Sos., M.Si., and Dr. Sari Listyorini, S.Sos., M.AB. He hopes that the knowledge and competencies gained during his studies can provide a tangible contribution to the development of academic services and the improvement of governance within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Diponegoro University.

This achievement serves as proof that FISIP Undip’s Educational Staff not only play a role in supporting academic activities but are also capable of excelling and achieving in scholarly development. The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Undip continues to promote a lifelong learning culture as part of its efforts to realize a superior and competitive higher education institution.
