Semarang – Another exciting news has come from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University (FISIP UNDIP). The Department of International Relations has officially added a new Professorship with the inauguration of Prof. Ika Riswanti Putranti, A.Md.Ak., S.H., M.H., Ph.D., as Professor specializing in International Law.

This achievement marks a significant milestone not only for Prof. Ika personally, but also for strengthening the academic capacity and reputation of the Department of International Relations, FISIP UNDIP, both nationally and internationally. The presence of this new Professor is expected to further strengthen the role of the Department of International Relations, FISIP UNDIP, as a center for the development of knowledge, research, and strategic thinking in the field of International Law.

Prof. Ika Riswanti Putranti, A.Md.Ak., S.H., M.H., Ph.D., is known as an academic with a long track record in teaching, research, and community service. Her academic focus includes strategic issues in International Law, International Law of the Sea, Maritime Law, Diplomatic and Consular Law, International Trade Law, International Criminal Law, Cybercrime, Transnational Financial Crime, Maritime Crime, Criminology, and European Union Law.

The Head of the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University (FISIP), stated that this inauguration is the result of dedication, consistency, and ongoing academic contributions. She said that this new Professor provides positive energy for the entire academic community to continue improving the quality of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and expanding the network and impact of science at the global level.
