SEMARANG (01/06) – To bolster the organizational structure and ensure optimal synergy across various work divisions, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) officially appointed the management teams of its strategic internal units. The appointment ceremony was held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the FIMENA Auditorium, Building A, 3rd Floor, FISIP Undip, Tembalang Campus. The event was attended by the entire faculty leadership, along with the newly appointed coordinators and members of the strategic units.

In his address, the Dean of FISIP Undip, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin., emphasized that the journey toward excellence is a collective learning process. He outlined the crucial pillars that must work in synergy to contribute to national and international advancement: the dean’s office, departments and study programs, strategic units, Academic Expertise Cluster (KBK), student organizations, and alumni. “It is impossible for us to succeed alone,” he asserted, underscoring the principle of collaboration as the main key.

Furthermore, Teguh Yuwono explained that achieving the FISIP Undip World-Class Vision requires strong leadership supported by Collaborative Cooperation, a Spirit of Hard Work, Commitment, and other supporting values. This speech served as both a philosophical foundation and a strategic directive for all newly appointed units to move forward with a unified purpose.

The units appointed on this occasion encompass a broad and vital spectrum of duties, ranging from academic development and student services to quality assurance and strategic international ranking efforts. These units include: the Credit Score Assessment Team, the Tracer Study and Alumni Unit Team, the Student Consultation Assistance (BKM) Advisor Team, the FISIP Wellness Unit (FWU) Team, the Journal of Social Sciences (JIS) Management Team, the Healthy Campus Team, Study Program Journal Coordinators, the Website, Social Media, and Public Relations Management Team, the Student Creativity Program and Student Achievement Team, the Credit Score Reviewer Team, the Faculty Quality Assurance Team (TPMF), the Reputable Publication Services Unit (ULPB) Team, the Research and Community Service Development Unit (UP3) Team, the Net Asset Income Generating Business Unit (UPKAB) Management Team, the World Class University (WCU) Ranking Team, the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) Coordinator, Laboratory Coordinators, and various Field Coordinators.

This appointment was not merely ceremonial; it served as a formal moment to affirm the commitment and responsibility of all elements within FISIP Undip. With a strengthened structure and a reinforced spirit of collaboration, all units are expected to work in a more integrated and effective manner to propel the faculty toward realizing its aspiration of becoming a leading and globally recognized higher education institution in the socio-political field.
