Thrilling news emerges from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Universitas Diponegoro. Regina Septianti Aris Rizqia, a student from the Business Administration Study Program, has achieved a remarkable victory by winning a Gold Medal and Special Awards at the 2025 National Innovation Week (Pekan Inovasi Nasional). The prestigious event was held at Mercu Buana University, West Jakarta, from July 2–3, 2025.
Regina and her team, named “Charing Cub,” introduced an innovative work titled “Charing Cub: A Digital Daycare System Innovation as a Model to Support Childcare and Family Empowerment.” This platform offers an easily accessible digital daycare service, focusing on providing a safe, high-quality, and inclusive nurturing environment. The innovation was highly regarded for its ability to address modern childcare challenges while simultaneously promoting fairness in labor force participation, strengthening the role of the family, and delivering direct benefits to the wider community.

In this competition, which brought together students from various universities across Indonesia, Regina showcased her innovative ideas through presentations, exhibitions, and open judging sessions. The enthusiasm from both the jury and fellow participants was a testament to the positive impact and relevance of her work to current social issues.
For this groundbreaking innovation, Regina and her team were honored with the competition’s highest accolades—a Gold Medal and Special Awards—in recognition of their creative, highly applicable, and socially valuable idea.
