Semarang, April 23, 2025 — What is the FPP 2025 Socialization? An event titled “International Relation Link-up (IRL): FPP Edition” was initiated by the Department of External Relations and Partnerships of Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Hubungan Internasional (HMPS HI) at Diponegoro University. This socialization program was designed as an informative platform to introduce various communication forums for International Relations students in Indonesia, enabling Undip students to better understand the roles, mechanisms, and opportunities for involvement in such forums.
Who participated in the event? The event was opened by Faisal Ilhamsyah, Chairman of HMPS HI Undip, and Mukhlisah Chintya Apriliyanti, the Chairman of FPP 2025 Socialization. The program was hosted by an MC who introduced Early Dwi Bandini as the moderator. The first speaker was Arnol Lika, National Presidium for Region IV. Also present were James Wiliam and Ramsan Siregar, Undip delegates at PNMHII 2024, who had won 3rd place in the Chamber Paper Presentation.
When did the event take place? The FPP 2025 Socialization was held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 14:00 to 17:05 WIB. With the duration is more than three hours, this activity included material presentations, a Q&A session, and an engaging sharing session that sparked enthusiasm among participants.
Where was it held? The event took place at the Auditorium of FISIP Diponegoro University, fostering both an academic and interactive atmosphere. The auditorium became an open forum where students could ask direct questions, engage in discussions, and listen to firsthand experiences from Undip delegates who had participated in national events.
Why is this event important? FPP 2025 Socialization aimed to inform students about three key national forums for International Relations students, among them FKMHII (Forum Komunikasi Mahasiswa Hubungan Internasional se-Indonesia), PSNMHII (Pertemuan Sela Nasional), and PNMHII (Pertemuan Nasional). Through these forums, students gain not only academic opportunities but also valuable chances to network, engage in organizational dynamics, and develop their potential at a national level.
How did the event unfold? The event began with a presentation on FKMHII by the Presidium of KORWIL IV, followed by a Q&A session. Then, participants received material on PSNMHII, followed by an interactive discussion. The highlight was a sharing session with James Wiliam and Ramsan Siregar, who shared their experiences in preparing for and participating in PNMHII 2024, including their achievements. Participants enthusiastically asked questions and were inspired by the speakers. The event concluded with certificate presentations to the speakers and a group photo session.
FPP 2025 Socialization successfully created an inspiring learning space and strengthened the spirit of participation among International Relations students at Undip. Beyond providing insights into national forums, the event encouraged students to contribute more actively in student organizational dynamics. For the committee, it was a platform for coordination and self- actualization also for participants, it fostered motivation to take on broader roles at the national level.***
