About Public Administration HPMS
The Public Administration Student Association (HMPS) FISIP Undip is a student organization that serves as a forum for self-development, creativity, and aspirations for students of the Public Administration Study Program. As a social laboratory, HMPS plays a role in shaping leadership, enhancing self-capacity, and developing soft skills through academic, non-academic, and community service activities based on the values of integrity, professionalism, and collaboration. The Karsa Pelita Cabinet signifies a strong determination (Karsa) that provides light and direction (Pelita) for the organization. Through the slogan “Unite the Hopes, Realize the Determination with Pelita,” this cabinet aims to unite the spirit of students in realizing a progressive and impactful association.

To realize a progressive and professional Student Association by synergizing creativity and intellectuality into meaningful real works for Public Administration students with a spark of inspiration.
Mission
- Building a professional and integrity-based Public Administration Student Association in every activity of the Public Administration Student Association.
- Establishing strong synergy and collaboration among the Departments of the Public Administration Student Association to create a harmonious and productive family atmosphere.
- Providing effective training and socialization to optimize the academic and research climate, ensuring that every student can contribute optimally in the field of achievement.
- Ensuring that the work programs of the Public Administration Student Association have a positive impact on students and society, as well as making real contributions in addressing various social issues.
Objectives
The Public Administration Student Association (HMPS) FISIP Undip aims to serve as a platform for student self-development and creativity, create a dynamic campus atmosphere through various activities, optimize student resources to benefit both society and the campus environment, establish a systematic and sustainable development framework, and actively contribute to student development in both academic and non-academic fields.
