About the Student Senate

The Student Senate of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University (SM FISIP Undip), is a student organization that serves as the legislative body within the faculty. SM FISIP Undip consists of representatives from all student organizations, both from UPK (Student Activity Units) and HMPS (Student Association of Study Programs). In carrying out its mandate, SM FISIP Undip upholds four main functions: legislation, oversight, budgeting, and advocacy.

Vision Student Senate

The Student Senate of FISIP as a form of continuity and optimization of the values that are present in the functions of the legislative body and implemented in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.

Mission Student Senate

To optimize legislative products that have been established and to formulate legislative programs that meet the needs of students.
To adapt a supervisory system that is communicative, evaluative, and transparent.
To align and improve the management of administration and budgeting in order to create a more transparent organizational environment.
To serve as an aspirational platform for all students through meaningful participation in conveying concerns in a responsive and targeted manner.

Objectives Student Senate

The objective of the Student Senate of FISIP Undip is to contribute to realizing an intellectual, religious, and egalitarian faculty by referring to Pancasila and the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
