FISIP Undip Students To Display Innovation at FISIP Business Bootcamp 2025

The FISIP Business Bootcamp 2025 was successfully held by the Creative Economy Division of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Universitas Diponegoro. The event carried the theme “Four Pillars In Action: Building Future Business Leaders.” Led by the Chair of the Organizing Committee, Raiyan Hatadi, the program took place over nearly a month, from May 1st to May 18th, 2025. It featured a series of intensive activities, including incubation classes and a Final Pitching Day, held at various locations such as Bizz Fusion Hub, the Auditorium, and the Student Center (PKM) Seminar Room.

The FISIP Business Bootcamp was attended by 21 FISIP Undip students, divided into seven entrepreneurial groups. The primary goal of the activity was to create a stronger entrepreneurial climate within the FISIP Undip environment by equipping students with practical skills, ranging from developing business models, marketing strategies, and financial management to building company values and team culture. Throughout the series of events, participants received materials from experienced speakers, covering topics including Team Matchmaking and Company Values, Business Model Canvas, Product Knowledge and Value Proposition, Marketing Master Plan, Fundamental Costing and Cash Flow, and Business Blueprint.

The culmination of the event occurred on Sunday, May 18th, 2025, with the Final Pitching Day. Six groups presented their innovative business ideas before a panel of judges. The ideas showcased spanned various fields, from food products and energy to lifestyle innovations. After a rigorous assessment, the “Ayam Asam Manis” team with their business idea “Caddle” successfully won first place and a prize of IDR 1,000,000. They were followed by the “Ballerina” team with the business idea “Maharenta” in second place, and the “Inovera” team with the business idea “Artikara” in third place.
