Announcement of Tuition Refund for the Even Semester of 2024/2025

In connection with the issuance of the Rector’s Decision Number: 114/UN7.A/HK/IV/2024 dated April 1, 2024, regarding the Academic Calendar of Diponegoro University for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, we hereby inform that students who graduate (latest by February 10, 2025) and have paid the tuition for the even semester of 2024/2025 can apply for a tuition refund with the following requirements:

  1. Application Letter :
    • Submit an application letter for the tuition refund addressed to the Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, Assets, Business, and Household Affairs.
    • The letter must be signed by the Head of the Faculty/School and accompanied by the following documents:
      1. Legalized Graduation Certificate (SKL) signed by the Dean/First Vice Dean/Second Vice Dean of the Faculty/School.
      2. Copy of Payment Receipt.
      3. Copy of Bank Statement Book in the name of the student.
      4. The application letter for the tuition refund and all attachments must be uploaded by the student through the Single Sign-On (SSO) portal on their respective dashboard.
  2. Verification :
    • The Dean of the Faculty/School will verify and approve the tuition refund application through the SSO portal.
  3. Deadline :
    • The deadline for uploading the application letter and attachments is February 28, 2025.
  4. Refund Process :
    • The tuition refund process will be carried out in stages after February 28, 2025.
