Discussing various things regarding the creative and advertising industries and introducing the 2021 Young Champion program became Redcomm’s agenda last Friday (3/9). One of these digital marketing agencies took the initiative to hold an event titled “Kick-Off and Creative Sharing Session Jawara Muda” through the Zoom Meeting platform, which succeeded in attracting the attention of 235 participants.

This event collaborates with several universities, such as Diponegoro University, Sebelas Maret State University, Yogyakarta Indonesian Art Institute, Jakarta Art Institute, and Multimedia Nusantara University.

Redcomm is part of the Red Asia Group, the largest digital marketing agency in Asia. Damon Hakim as CEO of Redcomm, explained that Redcomm has several teams to support work activities.

“Redcomm has its team such as data, strategy, creative, technology, production, public relations (PR), media, corporate communication, and search,” he explained.

Jawara Muda 2021, Creative Campaign Competition for Communication Studies Students

Redcomm took the initiative to hold a creative communication campaign competition and invited several campuses in Indonesia to work together. This is driven by indications of the rapid development of the creative communication industry and as a form of awareness of the importance of support from creative agencies, especially during the pandemic.

Jawara Muda is an online-based program with registration duration from September 3 to September 17, 2021. Students who are interested in participating in this program can register on the website www.jawaramuda.com .

Several programs will be run, including Creative Sharing Session which includes Introduction to Redcomm profile; Jawara Muda Kick Off; and briefing sessions; followed by a workshop that includes proposal collection, creative bootcamp, mentoring and consultation for the top 25 proposals; then judging by experts and closed with a presentation session.

The experts who will be the judges in the Jawara Muda 2021 are Jacob Gatot as Co-Founder of Bloc M Square, Bill Satya and Aulion as Content Creators, Hermawan Sutanto as CEO of Vidio.com, and Bimo Setiawan as CEO of Brand Media Indonesia.

This competition involves students who are active on collaborative campuses in the Visual Communication Design or Communication Studies study program, who have taken their fifth semester. Students can take part in this competition individually or in teams, with a maximum of two members per team.

Participants must submit a proposal using Google Slides or Power Point with a maximum of 20 pages using the proposal name format (Origin Campus_Participant Name). Participants can send proposals to jawaramuda@redcomm.co.id and visit the website www.jawaramuda.com for more information.
