Semarang, February 18, 2026 – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) has once again demonstrated its commitment to advancing campus internationalization by welcoming ten international students for the 2025/2026 Academic Year’s Even Semester. The arrival of these students is part of the prestigious student exchange program, the Diponegoro Exchange Experience Program (DEEP).

These students will join and participate in lectures within the S1 International Undergraduate Program (IUP) in Business Administration. The DEEP program itself is designed to provide a comprehensive academic and cultural experience for participants from various corners of the globe.

According to official data received from the faculty, the ten students originate from three partner universities in Asia and Europe. Three students come from Ho Chi Minh University of Banking, Vietnam. The largest contribution comes from Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Russia, which has sent six of its students. Meanwhile, one other student arrives from Hochschule Bochum University, Germany.

These international students are scheduled to study at FISIP Undip for one semester. During this period, they will not only delve deeper into the field of business administration but will also be introduced to the rich cultural heritage of Indonesia, particularly the profound Javanese culture in the city of Semarang.

FISIP Undip has enthusiastically welcomed the arrival of these foreign students. Through programs like DEEP, FISIP Undip aims to foster a multicultural learning environment and strengthen international cooperation networks with various universities around the world. This initiative also aligns with Universitas Diponegoro’s ongoing efforts to enhance its reputation on the global stage.
