Students who graduate no later than 30 January 2026 and have paid the even semester 2025/2026 tuition fees can now apply for reimbursement according to applicable regulations.

The application process is conducted through the SSO portal by uploading the required documents. The final upload deadline is 9 February 2026. Reimbursement will be processed in stages after this date.

There are specific regulations for S1/D4 students taking ≤6 credits in semester 10 onwards, as well as for postgraduate (S2/S3) students graduating within a specific period.
