Semarang, January 21, 2026 – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Universitas Diponegoro organized the “FISIP Riang Gembira” event on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. This event was part of the series commemorating the 57th Anniversary of FISIP Undip, themed “FISIP Conquering The World.” The event took place in the Main Lobby of FISIP Undip, starting at 09:00 AM Western Indonesian Time until completion, with an orange t-shirt dress code.

According to the event guidelines, “FISIP Riang Gembira” was designed as a non-academic agenda to strengthen the camaraderie of the academic community, foster a collaborative spirit, and cultivate a fluid, inclusive, and positive work atmosphere within FISIP Undip. Participants included lecturers and educational staff representing the study programs, departments, and work units of the faculty.

The day’s series of activities commenced in the morning, covering committee preparations and area arrangement, an opening by the MC, remarks from the faculty leadership, a competition rules briefing, followed by the sequential execution of the games. The organized games included Funnel Ball, Balloon Pop (Male & Female Categories), Cardboard Stepping Relay, Banana Eating Relay, and Sit-down Comedy, serving as a space for creativity and entertainment while upholding the event’s ethics and order.

Beyond the on-site competitions, the “FISIP Riang Gembira” event also featured a creative TikTok Dance Challenge competition. This segment encouraged teamwork and creativity among cross-functional teams from the academic community through the production of video content adhering to the committee’s established guidelines.

“FISIP Riang Gembira” is one part of the 57th Anniversary series of FISIP Undip. Previously, the series included the New Doctoral Scientific Oration (January 20, 2026) and will be followed by the Peak Event “FISIP Conquering The World” (January 22, 2026) at the FIMENA Auditorium of FISIP Undip.
