FISIP Undip Holds the 2025 Year-End Faculty Meeting

Semarang (22/12) – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Universitas Diponegoro, held the 2025 Year-End Faculty Meeting as a strategic forum to reflect on institutional performance achievements while formulating future policy directions and work programs. The meeting served as an important momentum for all leaders and administrators within FISIP Undip to strengthen synergy and reinforce their commitment to improving institutional quality.

The meeting took place on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the FIMENA Auditorium, 3rd Floor of Building A, FISIP Undip, Tembalang Campus. It was attended by the Dean of FISIP Undip, the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, the Vice Dean for Resources, department and study program administrators, as well as field coordinators and unit heads within FISIP Undip.

In his opening remarks, the Dean of FISIP Undip, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin, reaffirmed the faculty’s vision, namely “Excellence in World-Class Social and Political Sciences.” He emphasized that this vision must serve as the fundamental reference in every stage of planning, implementation, and performance evaluation at the faculty level, both for leadership and work units.

Furthermore, the 2025 Year-End Faculty Meeting discussed two main agendas: the Monitoring and Evaluation of the 2025 Performance and the Draft of the 2026 Work Program Plan. Through the monitoring and evaluation session, each study program and work unit presented its achievements, challenges, and various improvement efforts that have been and will be undertaken to support the attainment of faculty targets.

Meanwhile, discussions on the draft 2026 work program focused on designing initiatives aligned with the faculty’s vision, university policies, and the evolving dynamics of social and political sciences at both national and global levels. The meeting is expected to produce well-measured, sustainable, and impactful programs that will further strengthen FISIP Undip’s role as a world-class academic institution.
