UNDIP, Semarang 2025 –  The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University (FISIP UNDIP), achieved a proud achievement in 2025 by achieving Triple Achievement Excellence Accreditation. This achievement was achieved by the undergraduate programs in International Relations, Government Science, and the Master of Public Administration.

Excellence Accreditation status is the highest ranking in the national accreditation system and serves as an indicator of recognition for the quality of educational delivery, institutional governance, human resources, and the achievement of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This achievement underscores FISIP UNDIP’s commitment to maintaining academic quality and scientific relevance.

The Dean of FISIP UNDIP stated that this achievement is the result of the synergy of the entire academic community and the support of stakeholders.  He said that the achievement motivates FISIP UNDIP to continue improving the quality of learning, research, and community service, while strengthening the faculty’s role in responding to social, political, and public policy challenges at the national and global levels.

The Excellence Accreditation for the Undergraduate Programs in International Relations and Government Science strengthens the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) as a center for strategic studies in the social and political. Meanwhile, the Master of Public Science Program remains committed to producing competent, professional graduates oriented toward strengthening governance and public service.

This achievement is inseparable from the strengthening of the outcome-based education (OBE) curriculum, improving the quality of faculty resources, and integrating research and community service into the learning process. FISIP of Diponegoro University consistently promotes scientific development that is adaptive to global dynamics while also responsive to national and regional development needs.

The success of achieving this Excellence Accreditation also has a positive impact on increasing the competitiveness of FISIP UNDIP graduates. Graduates are expected to possess strong academic and professional competencies, critical and analytical thinking skills, and sensitivity to strategic issues in social, political, and public policy fields.

Moving forward, FISIP UNDIP will continue to encourage strengthening internationalization, improving the quality of research and scientific publications, and developing learning innovations that adapt to current developments. The achievement of the Triple Achievement Excellence Accreditation in 2025 is expected to serve as a strong foundation in supporting UNDIP’s vision as a leading and globally competitive research university.
