Semarang, November 16, 2025 — The Public Relations Division of the Business Administration Student Association (HMPS Administrasi Bisnis) at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro (Undip), has successfully organized a Study Visit with the Office Management Student Association (HM Manajemen Perkantoran) of Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR). The event, held at the FISIP Undip Auditorium, was attended by board members from both student organizations as part of an initiative to broaden organizational insights, strengthen institutional ties, and enhance internal governance quality.

The program commenced with a committee briefing at the Auditorium, after which a welcoming team departed to greet the delegation from UNAIR’s Office Management Student Association at the Campus Mosque area. Upon arrival, participants were warmly welcomed by members of Undip’s Business Administration Student Association. Following the assembly of all attendees, the formal proceedings began with a joint prayer and the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, followed by organizational profile screenings and introductory sessions delivered by the respective chairs of each association.

Entering the core agenda, participants proceeded to a Forum Group Discussion (FGD), serving as a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and organizational management strategies. Attendees were grouped according to their respective fields to delve into roles, challenges, and potential innovations applicable to program implementation. The discussions were interactive and enthusiastic, reflecting the collaborative spirit and mutual determination of both associations to grow together.

Beyond the formal sessions, the event also featured interactive games that fostered a relaxed atmosphere and strengthened bonds among participants. The lively engagement ensured that the study visit was not only insightful but also enhanced solidarity among students from two different universities. The event concluded with the presentation of certificates and souvenirs as tokens of appreciation and symbols of cooperation, followed by a joint documentation session in the front area of the G Building.

Through this initiative, Undip’s Business Administration Student Association gained numerous benefits, including the expansion of inter-campus networks, exchange of organizational development strategies, and new insights into the organizational culture of student associations in other academic environments. This experience is expected to inspire members to continually enhance their professionalism, creativity, and adaptability in managing the association.

This Study Visit serves as a tangible manifestation of Undip Business Administration Student Association’s commitment to building broader academic networks, strengthening cross-campus collaborative relationships, and fostering member capacity development. It is hoped that the outcomes of this activity can be implemented in refining work programs and reinforcing the organization’s internal structure to better face future academic and professional challenges.
