Semarang – The International Relations Study Programme Student Association (HMPS HI) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, held the Archer Training Troops 2025 programme on 7 October 2025 at the PKM Hall, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UNDIP. The event involved 72 participants, comprising all 40 members of the HMPS HI 2025 executive committee and 32 event organisers, to develop the necessary competencies for students, both personally and internationally, in line with the International Relations programme.
This event lasted for 4 hours, starting at 17:00 – 20:00 WIB. The theme of this activity was First Step, Do the Mission, which means that this programme is the first step for HMPS HI attachés to learn how to design work programmes at HMPS HI and to be able to actualise them when preparing future work programmes, such as LPJ AT and Final Project. The event opened with remarks from the Chair of HMPS HI 2025, Faisal Ilhamsyah, and remarks from the Chair of the Archer Training Troops 2025 Organising Committee, Eka Nur Hidayanti. This training presented two important materials that had been carefully prepared by the organising committee as preparation for HMPS HI attachés through technical skills and teamwork, with the hope of fostering a sense of responsibility and ownership towards the organisation. The first material was a basic introduction to the Organisation, presented directly by the Chair of HMPS HI 2025, Faisal Ilhamsyah, for 30 minutes. The second material was about Event Planning, presented by Fernanda Nauval Majid, followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer session for each. Participants were enthusiastic about understanding the material and actively engaged in the interactive Q&A sessions. The event was also enlivened by fun and entertaining ice-breaking games, and concluded with a documentation session.
Overall, Archer Training Troops 2025 ran smoothly and received positive responses from the HMPS HI 2025 attaché. Despite some evaluation notes, this activity successfully provided participants with the opportunity to plan and carry out internal activities at HMPS HI directly, from planning to implementation.
