The Cadre Development Workshop 2.0 will be conducted in the form of a joint forum and ratification session involving all elements of the FISIP Undip 2025 Cadre Development Family. This activity will be held in a hybrid format, both offline and online, in a participatory and interactive atmosphere that encourages two-way communication through discussions, active collaboration, and deep reflection on the direction and implementation of cadre development.

The series of activities begins with the presentation of progress and ongoing cadre development programs by representatives from HR Development and the HR Development Committee as a form of accountability as well as material for joint reflection. Subsequently, the forum will focus on comprehensive discussions on cadre development substance, building mutual understanding, aligning visions, and formulating adaptive, strategic cadre development steps that are in line with current student dynamics.

The forum mechanism will be directed towards the process of revision, addition, and refinement, culminating in the ratification of the FISIP Undip 2025 Cadre Development Handbook as the official guide for cadre development within FISIP Undip in 2025.

The outcomes achieved from the FISIP Undip 2025 Cadre Development Workshop 2.0 include the creation of a more structured, inclusive, and sustainable cadre development system. Through a forum and deliberation process involving all student elements at FISIP Undip, the draft Cadre Development Handbook has been successfully refined into an applicable official guide for cadre development at the faculty level.

This activity reinforces the values of togetherness, collaboration, and sustainability, which are in line with the faculty’s vision and the COMPLETE graduate profile (Communicator, Professional, Leader, Entrepreneur, Thinker, and Educator). In addition, the FISIP Undip 2025 Cadre Development Workshop 2.0 successfully unified diverse perspectives and strengthened mutual understanding among cadre development leaders, resulting in a legitimate and officially recognized collective agreement.

The disciplined execution of the activity and good coordination of roles also enhanced the effectiveness and smoothness of the entire event series. Thus, the outcomes of the FISIP Undip 2025 Cadre Development Workshop 2.0 serve not only as an administrative process but also as a strategic foundation for developing highly competitive and character-driven student resources, who are prepared to face the challenges of the times comprehensively and systematically within the FISIP Undip environment.
