The 2025 Alumni Back to Campus (ABC) program was successfully organized by the Advocacy and Student Welfare Division of the Student Executive Board (BEM) at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Universitas Diponegoro, on Friday, October 3, 2025, in the FISIP Undip Auditorium. Under the theme “Navigating Career Challenges: From Uncertainty to Opportunity,” the event attracted hundreds of participants, comprising active students from various study programs within FISIP Undip and even from outside the faculty. This program served as a platform for fostering connections between students and alumni, as well as a space for sharing experiences, career insights, and relevant scholarship opportunities in the professional world.

The event commenced with the FISIP Edu Fair, which featured exhibitions from three renowned scholarship providers: Beasiswa Unggulan, Paragon, and Pertamina. During this session, students had the opportunity to visit booths and interact directly with scholarship awardees to gather information, tips, and firsthand experiences regarding the selection process and benefits of the scholarships. This segment broadened students’ perspectives on the importance of academic preparedness and personal development to seize broader educational opportunities.

Following this, the program continued with an inspiring talk show titled “Develop Personal Competence and Value to Face Future Career Competition” featuring two distinguished alumni: Jecklin M. Saragih, S.IP., M.Sos., and Mararas Apuwara, S.IP. Both speakers shared insights from their career journeys, emphasizing the significance of curiosity and the courage to step outside one’s comfort zone. The session was highly interactive, with enthusiastic participants actively posing questions and engaging in discussions about the professional world and personal growth.

Overall, the 2025 Alumni Back to Campus program proceeded smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. The event not only inspired students to prepare for career challenges but also strengthened the bond between current students and FISIP Undip alumni. Through this initiative, students are expected to design their futures with greater confidence, enhance their personal competencies, and draw valuable lessons from alumni experiences as they step into the professional world.
