Semarang, September 30, 2025 – The Student Association of the Business Administration Study Program (HMPS Administrasi Bisnis) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Diponegoro University will hold a community service activity titled Business Impact (BISPACT) 2025. Themed “Bridging Aspirations, Towards a Hierarchical Society”, this event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Jabungan Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang City.

BISPACT 2025 is a collaborative program between the Social and Politics Department and the Organizational Social Responsibility (OSR) Department of the Business Administration Student Association. The activity focuses on taxation issues, particularly Land and Building Tax (PBB), which often burdens communities in areas with limited economic conditions, such as Jabungan Village.

“Through BISPACT, we aim to bridge community aspirations regarding taxation to the relevant authorities, while also enhancing residents’ tax literacy and compliance,” stated Mohammad Labib Fikri Akmal, the Head of the Organizing Committee.

This activity is designed as a form of education and research-based community service. The event series will include socialization sessions, presentations of research findings, and interactive Q&A sessions involving residents, village representatives, and speakers from the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA). At least 20 community members and 40 student committee members will be involved.

In addition to providing direct benefits to the community, this activity also aims to offer real-world application experience for Business Administration students, as well as produce a strategic written work that can serve as recommendations and documentation for sustainable development in Jabungan Village and similar regions.

This activity has received approval and will be conducted under the guidance of Tita Alfaricha, S.AB., M.A.B. as the Supervising Lecturer, and has obtained authorization from the faculty and study program leadership.
