Semarang, May 18, 2025 — The Student Association of the Public Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, through the Department of Student Resource Development, held the Level Up 2025 event with the theme “Value of Support System: Improving Self-Love.” The event took place on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at the FISIP Undip Auditorium and was attended by 93 participants from various majors at Diponegoro University. Level Up 2025 served as an educational and reflective space for students to understand the importance of self-love and having a healthy support system.

This activity was designed as a response to the mental and emotional challenges often faced by students in academic settings. The material was presented by Claudia Giovanni Christi, a 2021 student of the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Diponegoro, who delivered a talk entitled “Support System Can Improve Self-Love.” In her presentation, she emphasized the importance of building self-love through processes of self-awareness, self-worth, self-esteem, and self-care, reinforced by the presence of support systems such as friends, family, and supportive social communities.

The material was delivered interactively for 55 minutes, followed by a 20-minute Q&A session that provided an active discussion space between participants and the speaker. The enthusiasm of the participants in this session demonstrated that issues of mental health and self-love are highly relevant and needed by students. After the presentation, the event continued with an educational game session titled “Fact or Myth” led by the MC. This activity aimed to lighten the atmosphere while strengthening participants’ understanding of the theme.

The Chief Organizer, Nabiila Putri Febrianti, expressed that this activity is expected to become a space for students to better known themselves and to build a supportive social environment both on and off campus. The event concluded with the awarding of recognition to the most active participant, followed by a group documentation session with all participants and committee members. Level Up 2025 stands as one of the concrete steps by the Public Administration Student Association in educating, inspiring, and building collective awareness of the importance of mental well-being among students.
