In an era that continues to develop across many fields of work, critical thinking and problem-solving skills have become essential abilities needed to enter the professional workforce. One such field is business, where many challenges are emerging that must be faced by business practitioners. To address these increasingly diverse challenges, the Bizz Fussion Laboratory presents the BizzBoost vol. 2 program as a solution to prepare and equip skills in tackling business cases with effective strategies through direct meetings with practitioners.

The BizzBoost vol. 2 activity was held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 09.00 at the Bizz Fussion Laboratory FISIP, UNDIP. Seeing the high enthusiasm from students in vol. 1, the quota for this training was increased from 20 to 30 participants, with diverse faculty backgrounds and the addition of members from the 180 Degrees Consulting organization. Through the theme “Solving Business Case Effectively – Upgrade your skills with the experts!” it is hoped that the participants can solve business cases accurately and professionally with knowledge that can be directly applied at that time from a consultant’s point of view. Moreover, with the speaker being Mr. Kukuh Rahmanto, Manager of Consulting Financial Services Organization at PT Ernst & Young Indonesia, participants successfully gained a mini simulation experience to thoroughly analyze a business case from all aspects, including the process of problem identification, formulating effective strategies using useful tools, up to the stage of finding solutions, as if they were professional consultants.

The increase in the number of participant quotas, made the BizzBoost vol. 2 activity increasingly filled with critical questions. Many of the participants tried to explore perspectives they had not previously known. The interactive discussion process showed that BizzBoost has been able to provide space for students to enhance their professional skills. At the end of the session, several participants had the opportunity to present the results of their discussions in front of the forum. The presentations did not end there; the results of the students’ analyses immediately received feedback from the speaker as material for evaluation and improvement.

Through the BizzBoost vol. 2 training program, it became concrete proof of the Bizz Fussion Laboratory’s commitment to providing an interactive learning space that is adaptive to needs in accordance with real-world developments, and a space for the enhancement of students’ skills. By presenting consultants from major companies in Indonesia, BizzBoost provides a structured professional experience to shape strategic thinking patterns in facing business dynamics not stopping at basic understanding, but extending to impactful actions in real work life.
