Persekutuan Mahasiswa Kristen Protestan (PMKP) of FISIP UNDIP held the Grace in Action event on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Betlehem Salvation Army Orphanage in Semarang. Carrying the theme “God Always Has a Way to Help and Bless” (Yesaya 55:8–9), this event served as a tangible expression of Easter celebration through acts of love, service, and devotion to others.

The event began at 08:00 AM WIB with great enthusiasm and joy. The series of activities included an opening prayer, praise and worship, a sermon, and various games involving interaction between students and the children at the orphanage. Through a warm atmosphere, the event not only brought happiness but also fostered a sense of family and brotherhood in the love of Christ.

The service carried out by PMKP FISIP UNDIP in Grace in Action was not only in the form of students’ presence but also through giving attention, prayers, and support to the friends at the orphanage. Simply but sincerely, the students shared their time, energy, and joy as a tangible form of Christ’s sacrifice who first loved humanity. Through this service, students are encouraged to be more sensitive to the needs of others and to emulate God’s limitless love.

Grace in Action also became an important learning space for students to deeply internalize the meaning of Easter. The resurrection of Christ is not only a matter of faith but a call to continually live in love, share, and serve. This activity simultaneously strengthens PMKP FISIP UNDIP’s commitment to carrying out its role as a platform for the spiritual growth of students who care about the community around them.

Through this series of activities, PMKP FISIP UNDIP hopes that students increasingly realize that true faith is always manifested through concrete actions. Simple service and devotion to others can be a channel of blessing, strengthen brotherhood, and bring the love of Christ into the world.
