Based on Letter Number 442/UN7.A2/KU/XI/2024 dated November 12, 2024, regarding the Adjustment of UKT for the Even Semester 2024/2025, it is informed that final year students who have participated in the UKT adjustment program in the form of exemption and have not yet made UKT payments are expected to follow up according to the established schedule. This schedule includes the process of uploading the Graduation Certificate (SKL), verification at the faculty/school level, and finalization at the university level.

The complete schedule for the UKT adjustment follow-up is as follows:

1. March 3 – March 16, 2025 : Upload SKL for students who graduated no later than February 10, 2025, via the link https://ukt.undip.ac.id .
2. March 17-20, 2025 : Verification of UKT adjustment applications at the Faculty/School.
3. March 21, 2025 : Deadline for submitting UKT adjustment proposals from the Faculty/School to the University.
4. March 24, 2025 : Verification of UKT adjustments at the University.
5. March 25, 2025 : Finalization of UKT adjustment follow-up for final year students.
