On February 19, 2025, Dr. AP. Dra. Tri Yuniningsih, M.Si., embarked on a strategic working visit to the School of Administrative Sciences of the State Administration Agency (STIA LAN) in Jakarta. This visit was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen and expand the existing collaboration between her institution and the State Administration Agency (LAN). The primary focus of the meeting was to discuss plans for training and competency examinations for Policy Analysts in 2025.

Upon her arrival at STIA LAN, Dr. Tri Yuniningsih was warmly welcomed by the Chairman of the Professional Certification Institute, Prof. Yogi Suwarno, Ph.D., along with two staff members who play key roles in managing the Professional Certification Institute (LSP). The meeting took place in a constructive and collaborative atmosphere, with the main agenda being the discussion of extending the existing partnership and exploring new forms of collaboration that could expand the scope and benefits of this alliance.

During the discussions, both parties emphasized the importance of developing Policy Analyst competencies as a response to the increasingly complex and dynamic challenges of public administration. The training and competency examinations are designed to enhance the quality and professionalism of policy analysts, enabling them to contribute more significantly to effective and efficient public policy-making.

In addition to discussing the extension of the partnership, the meeting also opened up opportunities for the development of new programs that could enhance human resource capacity in the field of public administration. Several ideas were discussed, including advanced training programs, workshops, and seminars that could provide new insights and skills for professionals in this field.

This visit marked a strategic step in strengthening the relationship between STIA LAN and LAN, with the hope of creating a broader and more sustainable collaboration. Both parties agreed to continue innovating and collaborating in creating relevant and impactful programs for the development of public administration in Indonesia.

With closer cooperation and a wider variety of programs, it is hoped that a strong synergy can be created between educational institutions and government agencies in advancing competence and professionalism in the field of public administration. This step will not only enhance individual capabilities but also have a positive impact on the overall development of public administration in Indonesia.
