Semarang, January 22, 2025 – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Universitas Diponegoro (FISIP Undip) once again hosted an inspirational visit, this time from the students of SMA Kosgoro Bogor. A total of 150 students enthusiastically explored the academic environment at FISIP Undip during a visit that began with a campus tour.
During the campus tour, the students were introduced to various state-of-the-art facilities, including laboratories from five study programs within FISIP. The rare opportunity to observe these academic facilities firsthand provided valuable experiences for the students. The atmosphere was lively, with many students eagerly asking questions throughout the activity.
Mr. Luthfi Hariri, S.Ag., one of the accompanying teachers from SMA Kosgoro, expressed his gratitude to FISIP Undip. “We are deeply grateful for the warm welcome and this highly beneficial visit program. We hope that more students from SMA Kosgoro will pursue their education at Undip, especially in FISIP,” he said.
This activity not only served as an introduction to the campus but also provided in-depth socialization of the study programs offered at FISIP Undip. The lecturers presented the information interactively and engagingly, keeping the students focused and encouraging them to actively ask questions. This reflects the students’ strong interest in higher education, particularly at FISIP Undip.
The visit from SMA Kosgoro Bogor is part of a series of school visits received by FISIP Undip throughout January 2025. Earlier, FISIP welcomed visits from MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan, SMA Budi Mulia, SMA Islamic Village, and SMA Bani Saleh Bekasi.
Through this program, FISIP Undip continues to uphold its commitment to serving as a facilitator for the younger generation in exploring higher education, nurturing their dreams, and preparing them for a brighter future.
