In connection with the issuance of Rector’s Decree Number: 114/UN7.A/HK/IV/2024 dated April 1, 2024, regarding the Academic Calendar of Diponegoro University for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, we hereby inform all students that there is an opportunity for a 50% refund of the Tuition Fee (UKT) for eligible students.

The 50% UKT refund can be applied for by students who are enrolled in less than or equal to 6 credits (SKS) in the following semesters:

• 7th semester and beyond for the Diploma Three (D3) program,
• 9th semester and beyond for the Bachelor’s (S1) or Applied Bachelor’s program.

Students who have paid the UKT for the odd semester of 2024/2025 and have not received any UKT reduction are eligible to apply for this refund.

Students who meet the criteria are advised to submit their UKT refund application following the specified procedure. Further announcements regarding the submission mechanism will be provided through Diponegoro University’s official channels.
