Coordination Meeting for FIBAA Accreditation Follow-Up Plan of 2024-2029 at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro (FISIP Undip)

Semarang (15/03) – Today, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Universitas Diponegoro (FISIP Undip) held a coordination meeting for the follow-up plan for FIBAA accreditation of the 2024-2029 period. The event took place at the Student Activity Center, Building D, 1st Floor of FISIP Undip and was officially opened by the Dean of FISIP Undip, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol. Admin.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Teguh Yuwono addressed several important aspects that were the focus of FISIP Undip, including achievements/performance at the national, Asian, and global levels, strategic policies, future sustainability challenges, the follow-up plan of FISIP Undip’s Institutional Quality Assurance (AMI) for the year 2024, as well as the follow-up plan for FIBAA international accreditation for FISIP Undip in 2024. He also emphasized efforts towards achieving 100% of programs accredited internationally within the FISIP Undip framework. Towards the end of his presentation, Dr. Teguh also mentioned efforts to enhance internationally standardized facilities at FISIP Undip, such as the construction of buildings and the renovation of the Postgraduate campus.

The event was attended by several other important figures, including the Vice Dean of Resources, Ika Riswanti Putranti, S.H., M.H., Ph.D., the Secretary of the Senate of FISIP Undip, Dzunuwanus Ghulam Manar, S.IP., M.Si., the Manager of the Administrative Affairs Division of FISIP Undip, Andi Widiasmoro, S.T., M.Kom., as well as supervisors, Heads of Departments, and Study Programs within the FISIP Undip environment. Lecturers, administrative staff, and students of FISIP Undip also participated.

In his address, Mr. Ghulam emphasized the importance of solidarity and cooperation in facing challenges, especially in the context of international accreditation. The event concluded with a friendly gathering and an iftar (breaking of fast) together as an expression of unity and harmony within the FISIP Undip community.
