Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) has held an event for the Handover of the Rector’s Decree (SK) on the Appointment of Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Universitas Diponegoro (CPTU Non-ASN) for the April 2023 period, on Thursday (30/03) at the Rector’s Conference Room, Widya Puraya Building, 2nd Floor, Undip Tembalang campus.

The event was also attended by the Undip Rector, Vice-Rectors, Deans of Faculties and Schools, and all officials within Undip, as well as Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Universitas Diponegoro (CPTU Non-ASN) for the April 2023 period.

Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. accompanied by Vice Rector II for Resources, Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Heru Susanto, S.T., M.M., M.T. symbolically handed over the Rector’s Decree on the Appointment of Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Universitas Diponegoro (CPTU Non-ASN) to a representative of Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Universitas Diponegoro (CPTU Non-ASN).

Undip Rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M.Hum. in his speech congratulated 42 (forty-two) Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Undip who had received the Rector’s Decree. “Representing the Universitas Diponegoro management, I would like to congratulate all of you who have become Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Undip,” said Prof. Yos.

A total of 42 (forty-two) Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Undip who received the Rector’s Decree, including employees from BP UBIKAR (1 person), Bureau of General Affairs and Finance (4 people), Faculty of Economics and Business (2 people), Faculty of Law (4 people), Faculty of Humanities (1 person), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (1 person), and Faculty of Medicine (8 people).

Furthermore, there were also personnel from the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science (2 people), Faculty of Engineering (2 people), Diponegoro National Hospital (13 people), Postgraduate School (1 person), Vocational School (1 person), UPT K3L (1 person), and Directorate of Science and Techno Park (1 person).

Moreover, Prof. Yos invited all Candidates for Non-Civil Servant Permanent Employees of Undip to take care of and maintain the reputation of Universitas Diponegoro by improving their performance and services to students and the community. “Now that we are given the mandate, we encourage you to continue to improve your performance and services as well as the spirit to maintain Undip’s reputation. You will all become the pillars of Undip in the future,” he ordered.
