*Exchange Program Information Sheet:

*Exchange Duration:
One semester (2023 Fall Semester: October2023-March2024)
or
One year (2023 Fall and 2024 Spring Semester: October 2023-September2024)

*Deadlines for 2023 Fall Semester Exchange Program:
Nominations: 2023/February/15～27 by 2:00 PM WIB
Online Applications: 2023/February/15～2023/April/1 by 5:00 PM (JST)

Please submit your application to the following email address: exchange@live.undip.ac.id

*Application Process:
1. Diponegoro University’s student apply and submit application to the email: exchange@live.undip.ac.id

2. Diponegoro University then conducts a selection process

3. The result of the process then sent (by Diponegoro University) as nominated student for KUEP

4. Successful candidates will be contacted by Kagoshima University to complete online application process

5. Announcement will be sent to applicants’ email, CCed to Diponegoro University

a. Application Form *Completed online and PDF copy will be provided

c. Official Academic Transcript
d. Certificate of Student Registration/Enrollment
e. Certificate of Language Proficiency (Japanese or English)

* As of today, Fall 2023 exchange programs are expected to run as planned. However, it is sometimes canceled by a judgement of Kagoshima University by the situation.

*This program does not offer scholarships (including JASSO) for exchange students.
Please understand that the students have to prepare their own living expenses. They need around 100,000 yen/month for living in Kagoshima. There is almost no recruitment of a part-time job at present.
If you are a scholarship recipient in your home country, please submit the proof of scholarship in English at the time of application for CoE.
