In order to develop Metaverse technology-based learning methods for universities in Indonesia with the aim of improving the quality of learning and the relevance of higher education, the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology through the Blockchain and Metaversity Program held a Metaverse product creation competition, “Merdeka Belajar di Metaversitas/Independent Learning in Metaversity”. This competition aims to find the nation’s best talents in the Metaverse field.

Due to that matter, we seek for your willingness to announce this to your Lecturers and Students at their respective Higher Education Institutions. The competition registration can be done through the link http://ringkas.kemdikbud.go.id/DaftarLombaMetaverse and the timetable for this activity is as follows:

1. Deadline for submissions is on October 16, 2022
2. Judging period is on October 17 to 19, 2022
3. Announcement of the finalists is on October 20, 2022
4. The giveaway is on October 25, 2022
