Master of Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro has held a Research Methods Workshop with the theme Research Mapping and Determining Research Topics. This workshop presented one of the senior lecturers from the Master of Business Administration Study Program, Prof. Dra Naili Farida, M.Sc.

In her material, Prof Naili explained several important points in research, such as population, sampling, and sampling technique. In addition, she had also prepared an example of a proposal draft using quantitative research methods and a proposal draft with a qualitative method to be analyzed.

Furthermore, Prof Naili also conveyed the importance of the truth of research. She emphasized that, “Research is a measure, so it requires honesty, validity, and reliability,”

During the activity, Dr. Dra Sri Suryoko, M.Si as the moderator also opened a question and answer discussion session for students who were participants in the Workshop. In the session, the students seemed enthusiastic in asking questions related to the sample population, the limits of the theory used in research and research methods.
