Parametric statistics is a part of statistics assuming that sample data follows a probability distribution according to a fixed set of parameters. Parametric statistical methods are widely used in various fields of science. Calculation of statistics in research is very necessary because the use of statistics can convince researchers of the data obtained to make conclusions. Complex statistical calculation sometimes requires application software to facilitate data processing. One of them is SPSS or Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. SPSS is a data processing application that is equipped with features and can be used in statistical calculations for scientific or social research.
