Booster vaccination (Dose 3 Vaccine) using ASTRAZENECA and PFIZER Vaccines will be held at the Medical Ward of Diponegoro National Hospital, Universitas Diponegoro, from March 22 – March 25, 2022.

Conditions:
1. +18 year old

2. Specific for those who get Sinovac, AstraZeneca or Pfizer on the 1st and 2nd dose

3. 3 months from the 2nd dose

4. Bring your ID card, proof of the 2nd vaccine, and vaccine registration card via SSO or Victori
