Semarang (15/2) – The appointment of the Student Organizations Management (ORMAWA), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro 2022 was held in a meeting which took place in the Auditorium of Building A, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UNDIP. It was attended by the Dean of the Social and Political Sciences Faculty Universitas Diponegoro, Dr. Drs. Hardi Warsono, MTP; the Vice Dean I, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin; the Vice Dean II, Ika Riswanti Putranti, SH., MH., Ph.D; the Head of Departments; Head of Study Programs and staffs; Supervisor of the Academic and Student Affairs Department, the Members of the ORMAWA Management FISIP UNDIP 2021; as well as the new Member of the ORMAWA Management FISIP UNDIP 2022.
The event began with the reading of the Dean’s Decree Number: 0163/UN7.5.7.2/HK/2022 Regarding the Appointment of the Student Senate (SEMA), the Student Executive Board (BEM), the Study Program Student Association (HMPS), and the Student Organization Activity Unit (UPK) Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro 2022.
The event continued solemnly, followed by the oath of the new members led by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, Dr. Drs. Hardi Warsono, MTP. The other new member of the ORMAWA FISIP UNDIP 2022 joined this event by online.
In his speech, Dr. Drs. Hardi Warsono, MTP conveyed three important things that must be considered by the new management, such as planning the program well, carrying out the activities that have been programmed, reporting and being responsible for the activities to the Vice Dean I.
Student Organizations must be able to trigger the students to seize the highest achievement, both in Academic or Non-Academic sphere. This was conveyed by the Dean of FISIP UNDIP, Dr. Hardi Warsono MTP while appointing twenty-one Student Organization (Ormawa) administrators at the Tembalang Campus on Tuesday (15/2). Hardi emphasized that the achievements would contribute to Undip’s ranking at the national and even international level.
“Ormawa must be creative in designing innovative programs that produce champions for FISIP,” he said
Furthermore, the Dean said that the positive program would be fully supported by the leaders of FISIP Undip. “Coordinate and communicate intensively the program proposal to the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs so that the program is clearly targeted and measurable. This was then aimed to achieve the global achievements,” said the Lecturer of Public Administration.
